Delivery

If you are buying a product that is from stock and has already been made, you can expect your delivery within 7 days. During busy periods, this may increase slightly but we will keep you up to date.

If you having a bespoke piece made for you, any target date will be discussed at the time of the commission and you will be informed of the progress as the piece is progressed.

We use various couriers depending on the piece and the destination. Please ensure delivery address can accept and sign for parcels which are delivered during the working week between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Breakages

Carriage includes insurance.

All pieces are photographed on dispatch and are packaged very carefully. Breakages must be taken up with the courier.

European deliveries

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any local tax or duty, which you will be notified of by the courier delivering your goods.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of goods and receive a full refund of the original purchase price.

Unless we have made an error or goods are faulty, the refund will be exclusive of delivery charges.
